Kerrimuir World Cup

The Kerrimuir World Cup is here and started on wednesday 9th.
There are ten teams in the competition with an assortment of interesting names. Here's the teams:

Badminton Season

The grade 1 & 2's have just started our badminton program.
Here they can be seen practising their serving technique - We're on the right track but it will be several weeks before we can even think about hitting the proper court !!

Sports Monitors doing a good job.

our Bradman sports monitors are doing a good job. So far our new borrowing system has been working very well. We had a few hiccups at the start of term 2 but have since sorted these things out.

Rain At Last

January - May was the 2nd driest on record*
Our oval (AKA the Kerrimuir Desert) was certainly testimony to that. There was barely a blade of grass on the whole surface.
Since the downpours over the last week or so we've seen sprouting of lovely green shoots again.



Hopefully before long we'll have most of the oval covered again.

Sports Results for Friday 27th April

Kerrimuir Played Beverly Hills Primary School on Friay on Beverly Hills home soil.
They seemed to thrive on the home advantage beating us at everything bar the mighty T-ball team captained by Hugh Griffin.
